What do you like about working at High Voltage Software?
"Everyone at this studio was passionate about the work they were doing. When I was there they were creating their first original IP game, and everyone was excited about the project and wanted to work as hard as they could to make it the best it could be."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be passionate about games. They love the work they do, and they pretty much dedicate their lives to it (willingly). If you can't match their passion, then your going to be lost at sea."
What don't you like about working at High Voltage Software?
"Well It was a bit far away from where I was living at the time, but that's not their fault. They for some reason never got me a clearance card for the back door, so I always had to sneak in with an fellow employee! Yea... not much to really complain about tough."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep everyone happy. Everyone there was happy to work, and the end products showed the kind of quality that happy people can make."
