"The salaries were not competitive. Training in conventional underwriting did not exist."

"Provide better training to achieve advancement goals. Make salaries competitive within industry."

"Strong leadership. The company is headed in the right direction and trying to be different than other banks. There will be bumps, bruises, frustrations, and overly-strong personalities. That comes with the territory when you're trying to change an industry."
