"Knock out your KSA's. (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Get professional help if necessary. Read up on FEMA's disaster services."

"Policy changes from HQ that deter us from doing our jobs in the best manner and cause stress for those in the field."

"Get rid of the unhappy people in APS. It brings the morale of everyone down to have them here."

"Even when my shift was from 6 pm to 6 am it was good. Nothing to complain about."
