"I work for a true visionary -- the CEO of TMS (prior to Xerox) is loved by everyone within the Company. My boss (CEO) has challenged me to improve upon myself as a part of the executive team and has taught me the true meaning of leading by example."

"Make sure you have researched TMS Health on the website and understand what we do as a company and who our target audience is for the services we offer. This company is the perfect segway into a career within the pharmaceutical industry and offers excellent training to get you there."

What don't you like about working at TMS Health?

"The large corporate culture sometimes lends itself to a loss of an employee firendly environment. I am under the impression that you can have both -- a large corporate culture as well maintain the small company culture when it comes to taking care of the employees. Rewards don't have to be monetary however the employees need to feel like their voices are heard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't forget where we were as a Company four years ago and the people that helped get you there. Work harder to establish more communication from the front line leaders to their team members. The front line leaders are our face of management and need the most coaching/mentoring to imporve retention."

"That they ask questions about benefits. When they begin and the cost. The cost of the benefits at this company are not competitve with other company's and are very expensive."

"The lack of support from my boss and his lack of knowledge in leadership quoted by the Vice President of Operations"

"The investment in training and more training. To take into consideration the seriousness of employee morale."
