Human Interest Employee

"Horrible management. The director of engineering has zero clue what he is doing. Most of the management has no financial experience, especially in engineering. Be prepared to just code to tickets and keep your mouth shut or be fired. You won't get anymore shares, even though they tell you that you will."

Human Interest Employee

"I have worked at Human Interest since 2018 and the team has grown more than double its size. I really like the culture here in HI. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Although after we have reached 100 employees, we seem to be a little more distant as some people are working remotely and it started to get harder to keep track of all the new faces. The managers are all very nice."
