"Micromanagement and cliques are the watch word. Lack of integrity by management on the top levels of Hudson which has resulted in many Law Suits due to poor construction and/or screwing over owners and subcontrators. A consultant Executive VP that has a colorful history that Likes to "COOK THE BOOKS", and expects all to follow suit, and cover his lies. Bill Cote lets this lack of integrity continue as it makes him money on the back end. If you lack Integrity and don't mind covering up, then this is the place for you."
