"This company allegedly went bankrupt on the property in Schaumburg, Il and refused to pay their sales staff monies due to them. They also sold off part of the property & allegedly made more $ on that sale than what they paid for the property upfront. The best part is a short time later they allegedly bankrupted the rest of the property & went home to Florida."
