"I like the group that I work with, that's about it. Management (or lack thereof) is out of touch."

"Just about everything. Benefits stink. To say management is out of touch is an understatement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get in touch with your employees again. You haven't been for 10 years."

"Nepotism runs rampant at Hub Group. The owning family only hires/promotes their personal connection to senior management positions. Anyone not in the inner circle is subject to surprise layoffs and bonus cuts. They've given up on cost of living adjustments. Revolving door."

"As long as you're fresh out of H.S. this is a good stepping stone. Otherwise do not make a career out of it. Unless, you don't require a lot & don't plan on boosting your future."

"They need to open their minds to the employees. Notice the troubled one's & do something about them. Acknowledge the hard workers."

"Open your eyes & treat the little people better!! Give better compensation to those that give over 100% & let the problem makers go away."
