"Nepotism runs rampant at Hub Group. The owning family only hires/promotes their personal connection to senior management positions. Anyone not in the inner circle is subject to surprise layoffs and bonus cuts. They've given up on cost of living adjustments. Revolving door."

"As long as you're fresh out of H.S. this is a good stepping stone. Otherwise do not make a career out of it. Unless, you don't require a lot & don't plan on boosting your future."
