What do you like about working at Hydra Electric?
"They have given me such an opportunity to thrive in my career. My boss does not micromanage me and the employees here are truly great people to work with. The technology is very forward looking and there is lots of new product development. Our switches have a great storied legacy and offer a great product to our customers. Our new line of pressure sensors has really taken off and it's exciting to be a part of an innovative company! The coworkers treat each other like family here."

"Research the company's history. Be excited and passionate about your work and career. The company is looking for people who love what they do. Don't communicate boredom or lack of enthusiasm!"

"Since this is a growing company, there are many changes and transitions that people may not like. Employees have to be flexible to adjust to the changing market."

"Keep on trusting in and developing your employees! There are a lot of good people here."
