"What I love about working as a Human Resources Coordinator is to help people in need, with FMLA, Insurance, and any incidents that they might need help with, what I do not like doing is when am involved in terminating an employee, to me it is a very sad situation."
"Loved dealing with team members from other depts and dealing with the applicants. The tribe took care of their team members.Hated dealing with the HR Manager. The benefits manager left something to be desired. She spent most of her time refusing to take phone calls and avoiding work. Felt sorry for the other two people who worked under the benefit manager."
"As the Human Resource Coordinator I am able to work directly with our associates and management team on a daily basis. I have received bonuses for helping out with opening up new offices and am always treated like a partner versus just an employee. "Company is no longer under same management group as before. Know your loan officers and real state agents. Be prepared to wear many hats."

"There was lack of guidence at times, I assume due to being a start up company."

"Give employees more flexibility and more responsabiltiy to performa job at hand."

"It was a Brazilian owned company which was very interesting to teach the management team to be compliant with USA standards."

"Many individuals who worked there had been there for years. When I took over they were not happy that they had to comply."

"The work is mundane, not challenging and is always the same. The group I work with don't get along at all."

"If I was the boss, I would worry less on the little things, be there more for the team and keep an open line of communication without beating a dead horse."

"There was nothing I did not like. It was unfortunate my husband was transferred out of state for his position."

"The company truly was first rate to work for and I cannot think of anything that should change but that was 12 years ago."
