"I loved the fast pace and variety of the work, the people I worked with, my business unit and supervisor and the hr generalist role I was able to be quite successful at."

"It certainly helps to know someone in a high level position to get a foot in the door and also to have prior entertainment industry experience."

"Too many meetings that don't always provide value and take you away from your work with your business unit."

"There is no work-life balance, and daily start and end times fluctuate. The schedule is created on purpose to test the resilience of the team."

"Get to know your team's strengths and weaknesses. Don't leave it up to your reports to mentor and develop other team members."
