"Dependent of the HQ located in NYC, top executives re-invent the culture too often, risk of employees and clients to be uncertain about the politics of the agency"

"The management would boost the morale by listening the employees more often, empathizing and solving the problems"

"There are not many growth opportunities within the company. I would like to see a different management model for the company."

"There are some things not working out in the company on different levels and the management is not willing to make many changes or adjustments. I would suggest them looking at a company model of another company that is very successful and adapting their techniques for happy employees."
