"From the start of my employment at House Of Sillage, I was trusted with concept, visualization and execution of design tasks, independently and with full ownership, under the supervision of the design director, whom has shown unique leadership skills and high level of prioritization skills, and the capacity of communicate between the art department and the CEO, clearly and effectively, in a manner conducive to productivity and the accomplishment of our collective tasks. Collaboration and support were always paramount among our department, and between us and the production department. Overall, my experience was extremely positive and rewarding in the amount of knowledge and experience I had gained. My only critique is in regard to the fact that I was required to provide my own specialized equipment to perform my duties."
