"be careful, get all compensation terms in writing, do not rely on their bonus program, full of loopholes meant to benefit owners. the gm at the warrington location is two faced, incompetent and has been black listed by numerous corporate entities due to his reputation as slime ball.I spent 3 years within this organization as a high level manager and was blown away by there double standards."

What don't you like about working at Houlihan's?

"poorly organized. supported managers that were detrimental to overall morale of staff and management. double standards throughout policies. lack of support, training and long term vision"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"fire general manager at warrington and sell business to owners that are customer driven"
