"i have a long background of networking when i was given the interview i was promised that the company doesnt mico mange like AT&T does boy was that a lie. my supervisor Amed Azcuy was so out of touch on everything. he would promise that scheduling preference was by seniority, only to go behind his word and give it the person who Browned nosed the best.he puts on a show to the leaders thats he the best when in reality he far from it/ when he doesnt get his way he crys like a child throwing a tantrum.when a management position was available and he wasnt chosen you could see his attitude was affected and took it out on the techs. he hates hiring anyone with any comcast or AT&T Background b/c he know we know our stuff and is afraid of what good techs know and using the hr handbook . he likes to hire clueless ppl with no experience so they dont question his authority. pretty much he's Fidel castro of hotwire he makes his own rules and doesnt follow the hr handbook. now Leo on the other hand is a great supervisor and you can tell amed hates him."

"I started working for this company prior to the pandemic approximately spring 2020 and since joining have seen the company continue to evolve. While at the end of the day work gets completed, its often many (more than the norm) political battles that need to be navigated to do so. Tools are to be desired especially from a project management perspective. Additionally, the lack of yearly reviews means you will most likely stay in the role you are in until you rattle leadership. As there is no PMO each team makes up the process as they go along."

"The company provides telecommunication services to businesses, communities with HOAs and condos. It is privately owned and is growing rapidly. While I think there are positives working for the company, I am not happy with my current salary and the fact that we do not receive cost of living increases."

"This company could be great but just turns out to be a total... meh. Pros: Paycheck cashes The nice hardworking people in some position Flexible hours The company-wide lunches were nice Cons: The company could be fantastic but turns out to be...meh in my opinion Some of the upper management did not seem very professional The company appeared to be run as if it were a dysfunctional family Teams didn't seem to communicate effectively or support each other and backstabbing appeared to be almost encouraged in some teams The culture here was simply lacking some basics to me After a while, I felt a sense of dread at going in each day The pay, vacation, and benefits appeared to be below average I never heard of anyone ever getting a raise my entire time here Christmas holiday off was not automatic and that was very annoying For these reasons, I simply cannot recommend this employer"

"it's a good company but needs a more qualified structure in order to focus on optimized production instead of avoiding cost (needed for production). Solid product and very good qualified engineering applied to develop the concept. Some fine-tuning will turn this company into a huge market competitor"

"Growing company with amazing professionals recruited, structure must be optimized in order to allow growing to be fluent, leadership on point with market decisions, not so much in terms of cost/investment strategies as they should focus more in the real asset that is what makes a company: workforce"
