"I worked with some of the finest people in the industry and sold an entire portfolio of best in class products in a territory that was the crown jewel of the region."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a job with good benefits, but probably not secure in the long term. At one time, it was a great company with a good heart but those times are gone with the expiration of the patents."
What don't you like about working at AstraZeneca?
"The company has lost most of its income due to patent expirations and will have laid off 75% or so of its sales force by 2014 as stated by management. The environment has become one of toxic micromanagement and favoritism as managers protect favorites over talent as the layoffs have been implemented."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management is ruling by fear and micromanagement. There is not much I can say to correct this. The CEO has been sacked along with many managers at all levels. No one feels valued, only hunted."

What do you like about working at PDI?
"It gives it's employees an opportunity to represent different corporate clients. I was fortunate to represent Smith+Nephew's I.V. securement dressings."

"Be prepared to show how your past experiences can parlay with success into the job you are seeking to fill."
What don't you like about working at PDI?
"My contract expired prematurely from what was originally planned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Secure as many contracts as possible so your employees have as many opportunites to land good permanent sales positions as possible."

"If they had an outside sales position opening I would have remained there. I did not care for telemarket sales."

"Cutting-edge technology pulse oximeters and Co-Oximeters to sell. Great group of colleagues to work with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Learn as much as you can about the role oximetry monitoring plays in patient's health status."
What don't you like about working at Masimo?
"I preferred to be an outside sales representative. I became bored with Inside Sales after 18 months and resigned this position"

"Keep doing what you are doing. You've created a warm and friendly environment to work in."

What do you like about working at Baxter International?
"Big company benefits, stable product line."
What don't you like about working at Baxter International?
"Quotas are switched every year so that it is very difficult to make a significant amount of money more that the year before. They arrange quotes so that everyone ends up making about the same money even if you over achieve on your product sales."
