"The company has modified the SAP data base to try and simplify it but have made it more complicated and added more steps to achieve something so simple."

"I am not using any of the skills I have worked hard to achieve for my Business Management degree."
"I have worked at Hospira for 3 1/2 years. The company has been strong in trying to be customer oriented and promote a quality product. Keeping employees better involved and promote team building would further decrease turnover but create a system that would reduce error and increase productivity."

"I have worked at Hospira's San Diego location for roughly six months now and while I would not claim to be familiar with any other site, I can offer some insight for this location. Hopsira's San Diego location is an engineering site that focuses on (re) designing medication infusers that are used in hospital environments. The work is pretty typical for a large company but the tools they provide are good even if the people are, at times, a little too uptight and rigid."

"The company was so regulated that there was no freedom to make changes that needed to be made."
