"Very secretive about many things, particularly when it came to money. Reluctant to make changes and improvements that would require a capital infusion. Definitely had a double standard in existance for employees, and many wee treated unfairly."

"Get rid of the double standard for employees. Develop a different attitude toward employees. Be open to change that will keep you competitive."
