"For some contract positions, they subcontract out background checks to companies that have disclaimers that information may not be correct. The last check they did on me was 80% WRONG and they never bothered to correct it."

"When your staff begs you for support, and is working 6 days and 60 hours a week, listen to them. Then, when they've served you with their last bit of strength, don't throw them away like an old pair of shoes."
