"I am a victim of two acquisitions, going from a company with 27 employees and revenues of $6MM to a company of 1500 employees and revenues of $450MM to a company of +300,000 employees and revenues of $39Billion, and in each case, for me personally and for our product, the circumstances got worse. Honeywell is a technology company, and if you're a technical person it can be a great place to work. For a true salesman, unless you are in a division that compensates for your efforts with commission, you have to understand that you have limited ability to control your financial destiny, and that you are basically a technical sales support person. I think it could be a great place to start a career and then climb the ladder within if desired or take the experiences and move on to another company"
