"Depending on the position you are looking for, you may not expect to be here a long time. Now that the owner has passed away, the company is in a tight spot and has been going through a massive lay off. Temp workers are not trained properly and seem to just get by. While other positions you may find your coworkers enjoyable, you have no idea what upper management will have in store. They have a lot to fix before they are able to move forward. So good luck to you if you are the one hired to do it."
