"If you are interviewing for production focus on team atmosphere. If interviewing for anything else it really does not matter. Generally they already know who they want when comes to hiring internally. They just have to go through the formality of interviewing."

What don't you like about working at Honda Motor?

"The good ol' boy network. It is very difficult to be promoted off the production floor even with college degrees. They don't promote the best qualified candidates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value your permanent associates on the production floor. They are under appreciated for what they do on a daily basis."
