"It was a small town dealership feel which was backed by a large corporation. It felt like family and all of my skills and experience where utilized regularly. The security and compensation where above average for most of my tenure."

"Stay strong in doing business the right way, the industry is very regulated and a job is not worth breaking the regulations."

What don't you like about working at Honda Motor?

"The balance between home and work tilted greatly towards work, I didn't mind it, until new senior management was condoning busines misconduct and fraud withing certain department. I didn't want to be associated with such practices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just clean certain departments up and get back to dealing with the core client base which made the dealership sucessful for so many years. I am still a patron of the service department and consider alot of the employees freinds."
