"I worked for Homize Inc for about 9 months and in that time helped evolve the company to a more transparent culture. Staff is great and CEO is willing to help as long as it stays within his strategy. Day to Day is a grind, custom product sales leads to a lot of customer education. Must be very detail oriented to be successful. Is a great balance of taking your time and being urgent. Must be a self motivator to be successful. Look for outside training and development in product to continue your growth."
