"I have worked with milestone development for the past 4 years since it has been opened to the public. I started off as a kitchen staff member and started cross training to be a Front Desk Associate soon after. Working for a Hilton Property has been an life Long experience for me , the benefits of having to travel at a low price is worth while. Over the year of experience at the front desk I work all shifts , mostly Night Shift which was not an easy tasks. I eventually completed my goal in becoming a Assistant General Manager for a short period of time and I am now the Front Desk Manager. I couldn’t be happier. Overall working for a Hilton property is amazing experience that anyone with the skill of communicating with other individuals with no effort and making other smile should consider the job."
