"Generally nice and relatively understanding people but that's where the positive ends. Depending on your age or experience, you may be asked to do practically absolutely everything. This is not an exaggeration. From getting shopping carts, to processing merchandise in receiving, to moving furniture around the store, loading furniture and customers cars, too Recovering the store at the end of the shift and much more. 2 other glaring negatives are that your schedule changes every week and the pay is currently sitting at a meager $11 an hour which is Essentially the poverty level. Why the mostly negative review? The store makes record profits."
"If you have a passion for working in the retail industry, HomeGoods is a wonderful place to be. Teamwork, integrity, and safety are the top priorities with this company and it shows in the culture of each and every individual store. However, as a manager, we often work over-time without over-time pay and it can often times feel overwhelming."
"I HAD A REALLY NICE TIME WORKING THERE AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE"
