"I've heard that it has changed from the hell fire days to a better way. I'd love to do it again."

"Talking to one on a level of the job area / brings to life what the person really has to offer."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"Management at that time were clueless to what it takes. I was over their heads and no one there could relate. That was a threat to me and my job there. They felt inferior to me and built up anger instead of trying to understand my abilities and coming to an understanding."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Even if I was at the store top, it still takes corpart to change and redesign what you can, or how to get better and more pro/type of install."
