Senior Processor

"For the short time I worked at Home Point, I had an amazing team and everyone helped each other. I enjoyed using Encompass as the LOS. My Director was very down to earth and supported everyone on the team. The executive team seemed to be transparent about the organization. The pay was great with the opportunity to make monthly bonuses. Unfortunately they hired people when the mortgage industry was extremely busy and then laid people off when it slowed down."
