"We have a high attrition rate and we are not maximizing the most important product we have, which is our branding."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Streamline access and systems across all business lines, limit outside promotion, and strive more on the value of 400,000 employees."

What do you like about working at Arch Home Loans?
"My boss would sometimes buy me lunch or our group lunch. We worked in a beautiful building within walking distance of the mall."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company no longer exists but if it did, I would say, you should bring your own cheat sheets and working knowledge of real estate transactions you may not have the direction from your management"
What don't you like about working at Arch Home Loans?
"It was definitely a crash course in doing loans and I feel I fumbled at first quite a bit, but it worked out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be available for questions and give us access to the tools so we can self teach."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"Not much, but the pay is good. I have a solid team of co-workers; the company isn't going anywhere."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Either get to the top, or get experience and get out."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"There are too many managers attending meetings and not managing, and a complete lack of leadership at the managerial level. It is possibly too big to be efficient, with every department trying to gain influence. Very childish."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As a manager I would look to enhance the performance of my team by looking at strengths and weaknesses, and looking through data to see why some are succeeding more than others, and trying to elevate at all levels. As a CEO, I have no idea; Wells Fargo is so big, I wouldn't know where to start."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"Wells Fargo is a great bank to work for. Not only are they one of the largest banks in the nation, but they treat all team workers very fair."

"Wells Fargo is a great company. I would not mind working for them again. They were excellent to me."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I liked working for Wells Fargo because of the many loan options we could offer and a large variety of pricing/rate options for our customers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only suggestion for Wells Fargo is to have bank stores in Kentucky to assist the loan offices."
