"There are individuals who believe themselves to be better than others. Unfortunately some of the managers agree with them, all because of production, so even when that person is wrong or out-of-line, that fact is ignored. But I know this is not just at Wells Fargo - it's everywhere."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be fair, be honest, and listen to those who report directly to you. It's those you're responsible for who want to do right by you, so listen to them and remember when you were one of them."
