"I do have a lot of control and apply a large variety of skills. I am able to make a large difference in peoples lives (both caregivers and clients). This is great because I genuinely like to help people. I do a lot of communicating, which I like."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and forthcoming. The interviewer is interested in who you are more than what you know."

What don't you like about working at Home Helpers?

"I find the marketing aspects to be very difficult. Occasionally, caregivers are not able to cover their shifts and it can be a struggle to get a shift covered."

"I loved the fact that I was able to work with people. I love helping others in anyway that I can, I love the interaction. I also enjoyed my co-workers, it was a very positive enviroment."

"Be yourself, work hard and enjoy the enviroment. If customer service is not for you then, maybe seek a different position."

What don't you like about working at Home Helpers?

"There was a lack of advancement for the employees with this company. I am seeking a career positon and they did not make that accessable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I enjoyed my manager, but I just wish there was a meeting with corporate discussing the possible advancement opportunities for their employees."
