What do you like about working at Home Depot?

"I liked and believed in The Home Depot but was not treated with respect from management. I wanted to retire from this company and had always talked very highly about the company."

"Have things in writing because the managers lie or they are moved on and nothing is put in your folder."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"You can never get ahead in management because the management hires their friends first. I have put in for certain positions which I have a lot of knowledge on, and they hire someone who doesn't know anything about construction or the state laws."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would still be very interested in working for the Depot if they fired three people for not stopping the cut back on me. Any one can write a review and put in what they want if they are the manager without looking what you know and what you have done for the company."
