"Not much. There are long hours standing up, and not much in the area of tangible rewards."

"Audit store managers more closely. The manager at the store I worked in kept staffing at a bare minimum deliberately in order to earn a higher bonus at year's end, and though he eventually was terminated for that, the company lost excellent employees to the frustration and extra load of work the situation created."

"Be honest and upfront. Always have a smile when you're on the floor, and always greet customers when they pass you by. Have good clean clothes and not in need of a shave or a haircut."

"I dislike management. They promote people who have no background/education to run a multi-million dollar company. They allow associates (management) to dictate policy, yet they are clueless. Plus, customer service is very inadequate."
