"I worked for HCI for over a year. Never work at this plant, or for this company. Drivers have the better jobs delivering ice, packaging workers in the bagging room are treated terribly. No breaks, long hours, and the employer at the Huntsville AL location is very biased to his workers. They’re unorganized and overall a bad workplace. Do yourself and anyone you know a favor, learn from my mistake and don’t work here. Awful, awful management."

"This is a horrible company to work for. While you can make a decent amount of money, the management is horrible, hostile, and passive-aggressive. Customers are also aggressive as management seems to do their best to forget about customer service."
