"the thing that I like best about this company is that I got to work from the comforts of my own home. I was a at home agent."

"The interview was over the phone. pretty much if you get to getting a appointment time after you do the scenerio during the application process you pretty much have the job."
What don't you like about working at 1-800-Flowers.com?
"the service training was inadequate and it was pretty much learning on your own. the position I had was a seasonal position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"provide longer training to help better service customers. the service end of training needs to be atleast a week by itself."
