"Cutting edge in nuclear fuel storage, manufacturing difficulties cause problems in the field, not enough information shared from upper management to personnel at job sites. All in all good company to work for, but could be excellent with a few changes."
"Just started working here about a month and so far I've realized that the company is growing and with that there will be many improvements needed on both the manufacturing floor and upper management."
"The management is terrible. They seem to be more concerned with pleasing their own ego than actually doing things the right way. Tooling for machining is scarce. They expect the machinists to make miracles out of improper tooling. They also expect unreasonable tolerances of +/- .005 on parts that come from burn tables and water jets with no machined edges. Impossible to hold."
