"I have worked for Holt Renfrew over 5 years and recently resigned. The company culture has become extremely toxic. Workplace bullying and harassment is real here, I have also witnessed racist comments and prejudice in team meetings. The human resource dept also enables this type of behavior by executives and assists to cover up any claims of mistreatment by employees."
