"Learning, something new almost every day. I had some really good customers who knew I would take care of them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If they say it cannot be done try anyway, if you have any number off of a John Deere machine you can probably find what you want, although it will be more time consuming, call the customers back."

What don't you like about working at Holt Equipment Company?

"My supervisor was very weak, he missed too much work and was not effective in his position because he spent too much time trying to cover up mistakes he had made."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more flexible and open to different ideas. Do not think you know it all just because you are a manager."
