"The personnel, other than senior management, were very loyal, thorough, reliable and for the most part professional. There were a very few who were unprofessional and just self serving."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No the company is known for extreme personnel turn over,with regular layoffs. I have spoken with at least 6 different head hunters who have contacted me about this obvious problem, and wanted to know if the company was that poorly managed. Which the answer is yes, because it now has this reputation in the market place/industry."
What don't you like about working at Holman Boiler Works?
"The owner and upper management, felt like the owned you, for however long they decided you were supposed to be at work. They lied about length of work days and didn't bother to inform you, when you were hired, you had to work weekends and holidays for free."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sell the company to someone who knows employees are your greatest assets. Terminate all the upper management dead weight, Brother in laws, etc."
