"I didn't like how far it was from my apartment. Also there were times when it more like the staff wanted us interns to be babysitters and that they relied too heavily on the interns for babysitting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer the interns real supervision and real opportunities to experience the hospital (like the psych interns)."
