"I love my staff, my peers, and most of all, my customers - the greatest generation of retired seniors!"

What don't you like about working at Holiday Retirement Corp.?

"Although the compensation bonuses are adquate at best, Holiday Retirement does nothing from the top down to improve employee morale, make me feel appreciated, or recognize the daily battles I face at the Resident (customer) level. And, worst of all, Holiday Retirement does not promote from the ranks at the Community level its a dead-end job!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring all Community Managers together for frequent seminars, workshops, training, team building exercises, and performance recognition awards so they can keep up their skills or acquire new ones."
