"Ask a lot of open ended questions when its your turn to ask them and go in know what you want to take away from the experience should you be offered the job."

What don't you like about working at Holiday Inn?

"The work environment and structure was not efficient, disorganized and unproductive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would set protocols, processes and goals that are specific, consistent and measurable. A set of Standard Operating Procedures and controls should be put in place to enhance monitoring. Training should be ongoing and employees should be evaluated, developed and rewarded. ."

"Be Yourself. Be true to yourself and ask questions. Like why are you looking for in a Sales Director What happened to the last one Was the interview process different or done by someone else."

What don't you like about working at Holiday Inn?

"Our hotel is a franchise and sometimes the owner's ideas and Holiday Inn's ideas aren't the same."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the line - ALL OF IT. The team is everyone. The feeling of inclusion makes everyone buy in. Make sure you hire for ATTITUDE and then train the skill. This is the hospitality industry."
