"I've worked for Hoerbiger since I graduated college and I have found the company to be lacking in innovation and passion. Hoerbiger is a mid-sized manufacturer of engines and oil field service parts but they have failed to capitalize on many of the big oil field improvements of the last couple of years; mainly shale. I believe that the company is becoming mired in politics and actual production and innovation is being phased out."
