"Overall my experience at H&W has been a great foundation to grow in my career. I was able to get exposure to many aspects of accounting, from audits, financial statement reviews, month/year end bank reconciliation, along with personal and corporate tax as well. Company culture I think could be improved, as it is a smaller firm with mainly middle aged men, so as an entry level employee the learning curve was hard to adapt to."
