"Hypernet Solutions was a startup business. The length of their time in this business and knowledge of government contracting depended on the quality of the management hired. Their choice of management people needed to be fined tuned. Their Program Manager was not a people person and should not have been placed in the role of supervising others."

"Being micromanaged, my philosophy is you have to faith in your people. If you give them the feeling that they are failures, they will become failures."
