"I've worked for H&M for over 5 years. This company is truly one of the best retailers in the world in terms of caring about their people, growth and development. Since starting with H&M, I've travelled to over 20 stores across the nation and assisted with recruitment, store openings, workshops, and trainings. H&M helped me with my growth and then motivated and inspire me to help others grow. Since being with the company I've trained countless new managers. I've also had a couple of promotions myself. If you want to get into retail and have opportunities outside of your role and to challenge and promote growth within yourself, I couldn't recommend this company enough.
