"It's an international company with a fantastic CEO who inspires others to work towards a common goal. However, the HR department is in the need of a major reform. The management team is inexperienced and rude. They micromanage, bully and show absolutely no appreciation for the work that is done. Many employees have been yelled at, brought to tears, seen inexcusable things happen and even spoken to management about the problems within that department. Unfortunately, after a few years, it has only gotten worse. Management fails to see that they are the problem. I would NOT recommend a position within HR to anyone. It's not worth it."
