"There were many women who were hired and fired at a whim, however, there are entirely more male managers than female employees. Male manager(s) belittled and intimidated their young female employees. Hourly employees were treated differently than salaried male managers. No written policies or procedures. Employees were not properly trained. Employees were frequently asked and expected to do unethical and illegal tasks to benefit the situation of the company at the moment."
