"I loved learning the new jobs skills of an HIM Tech, but hated being laid off because of this as well. For example, there were too many of us HIM Techs to perform the electronic and paperless system, so they had to let 2 of us go. I used to have more work to do under the paper system with the entering of OASIS and 485's, but this was done away with under the electronic and paperless system."
