4.8I worked as a server at Bandera, a part of the Hillstone Restaurant Group. Bandera is an all-around wonderful restaurant to work at. The management is very supportive and they provide excellent leadership and honest feedback for their employees. The work culture is warm and inviting, everyone is treated as if they are family and the customers are welcomed as valued guests. It was a pleasure to show up to work every day as an appreciated and respected employee making a difference in the community.
4.9I have worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group for 3 years. Hillstone is the type of company that allows you to make mistakes and learn from them, which I have been extremely grateful for. Additionally, Hillstone's management structure allows you to be exposed to a wide variety of management styles, which I am certain will be immensely helpful in future opportunities.

4.8I work for a well oiled machine. As far as restaurants go, this company is amazing. I’ve been here for the last 2.5 years and I am looking to move up somewhere else. Just looking for a different line of work. I appreciate the company, and will always be extremely supportive of it. It is just time for me to get out of the food service industry.
